Dispatch
Dispatch is where real time call entry takes place. Calls added to Dispatch are assigned to drivers. A dispatcher can track the progress of the driver on each call, time stamping the call as it progresses. When completed, a Tow Invoice is created for the call. The following functions are available in Dispatch:
